This includes the careful use of resources, increasing energy efficiency and climate resilience, the use of digital tools and innovations, and the implementation of regulatory requirements. In addition, we advocate for the interests of this asset class within industry associations and at the political level. Through our social impact strategy, we strengthen the social function of our centers as vibrant community hubs. We consider sustainability in all its facets; it is an integral part of our corporate strategy. We actively promote it, thereby contributing to a sustainable economy, environmental protection, and social cohesion. At the same time, it shapes our collaboration with our stakeholders and creates added value for tenants, visitors, financing banks, and property owners.
